Exchange Eligibility

Your jewelry is eligible for exchange if:

  • Exchange is requested within 7 days of purchase
  • Item is unworn and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags are intact
  • Item shows no signs of damage or wear
  • No alterations have been made to the piece

What Can Be Exchanged?

You can exchange for:

  • Different size (if available)
  • Different color or finish of the same design
  • Completely different design from our collection
  • If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the price difference applies
  • If exchanging for a lower-priced item, credit remains as store credit

Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@zewratghar.pk or WhatsApp +92 300-1234567 with your order number
  2. Confirmation: We'll confirm the exchange eligibility and provide return shipping details
  3. Send Back: Use the prepaid label to return your item (or arrange pickup)
  4. Inspection: Our team inspects the returned item (2-3 days)
  5. Dispatch New Item: Once approved, your replacement ships immediately
  6. Delivery: New item arrives within 5-7 business days

Sizing Issues

For rings that don't fit properly, we offer free exchange for a different size within 7 days. Most bracelets and necklaces are adjustable. For rings, use our size chart on the product page.
