We ship nationwide across Pakistan with reliable courier partners. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Shipping Coverage
We deliver to all major cities and most towns in Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and more. For remote areas, delivery may take additional 3-5 days.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays)
- Confirmation: You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- Shipment Notification: Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email and SMS
- Tracking: Real-time tracking available on courier partner's website
Packaging & Safety
- All jewelry is carefully packed in secure, branded boxes
- Extra padding and protection for delicate pieces
- Jewelry sealed in tamper-proof packaging
- Eco-friendly packaging materials used whenever possible
- Each package includes care instruction cards
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We accept Cash on Delivery for orders across Pakistan. Payment is collected by the courier when the package is delivered. An additional service charge of PKR 50-100 may apply.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number. You can track your package on the courier's website or app. Typical tracking updates:
- Order picked up from our warehouse
- In transit to your city
- Out for delivery
- Delivered
Delivery Issues
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier couldn't deliver, they'll leave a notice. Contact the courier directly or us to reschedule delivery within 48 hours.
Delayed Shipments
While we ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather or logistics issues. If your order is delayed beyond the promised date by more than 3 days, contact us immediately.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged or lost package:
- Document the damage with photos/video
- Contact us within 24 hours with order number and proof
- We'll file a claim with the courier and send a replacement
- Full refund available if replacement isn't possible
Important Notes
- Verify Address: Double-check your delivery address before ordering
- Signature Confirmation: High-value orders may require signature
- Remote Areas: Add 2-3 extra days for mountainous/remote regions
- Public Holidays: Orders placed before holidays will process after the holiday
- Special Occasions: Order at least 7-10 days in advance for events

Return Shipping
For returns and exchanges, we provide prepaid shipping labels or cover shipping costs from our end. No hidden charges!
